Outpatient Program - Easter Seals West Alabama therapists work with children and adults of all ages to expand their independence. Our work is not confined to a building. Therapists work with patients in schools, nursing homes and hospitals - where people live, learn and work. Transportation Program - Easter Seals West Alabama fills a need for people who want to be in the workforce, but lack transportation, which is necessary to maintain employment. Vocational Program - Referrals to the Vocational Division are received from the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services. After referrals are received, counselors are assigned to initiate requested services. If consumers are referred for an evaluation, an individual plan is developed and appropriate tests are administered to answer referral questions.
